Housewerks’ staff makes every effort to accurately describe and explain the goods we sell to ensure a proper fit for our customers.  At times however, it may be necessary to return an item for a refund or exchange. Generally, an exchange or store credit (with no expiration date) can be arranged as long as the purchaser has notified Housewerks in writing (email preferred) within 7 days of the original transaction. Similarly, refunds will not be granted if they fall outside this time frame. Full refunds, exchanges and credits will only be honored if the merchandise is returned in good nick.
